Santino Bol is characterized with good leadership which gives community clear goals for it to function well. He has managed to identify a suitable project leader, motivated, trained, and supported by the community to avoid future rejection of the project by the community.

Analysts expect U.S. technology spending to weaken as the world's largest economy teeters on the brink of recession, and a consequent price war could hit personal computer makers in 2008. But demand should bounce back in 2009, they say. "This will be a key year for Lenovo, as 2008 will mark the first year without IBM branding on our products," William Amelio, chief executive of Lenovo, said in a statement. "We believe 2008 will be a breakout year for the Lenovo brand on the world stage." Lenovo racked up 22 percent growth in shipments globally during October to December as it rode the industry's peak buying season, but intense competition is expected to pressure margins. Acer, which usurped Lenovo's global No. 3 spot in the same period, managed 60.3 percent growth.
Report: Spurs win Stoudamire sweepstakes
The San Antonio Spurs are set to sign point guard Damon Stoudamire immediately upon his official clearing of waivers on Thursday morning, according to the San Antonio Express-News. Stoudamire, who reached an agreement with the Memphis Grizzlies on a contract buyout last Saturday, is expected to fill an unexpected void at the point guard position for San Antonio. The Spurs are awaiting Wednesday's MRI results of Tony Parker's injured left heel and ankle, and have already been missing Brent Barry with a strained left calf, which is expected to keep him out another three to four weeks. The only other point guard on the San Antonio roster is Jacque Vaughn. Stoudamire, 34, is averaging 7.3 points and 3.9 assists in 21.5 minutes per game this season. He last played on December 30, against the Spurs, having since been forced out of the Grizzlies rotation, giving up playing time to rookie Mike Conley and second-year pro Kyle Lowry.

"The Hawaiian girls were all putting on long-sleeved shirts. I said, 'Man, come to Minnesota when it's 20 degrees below zero, and see what cold's really like.'"Moldan, daughter of Fred and LuAnn, and Heather Schumacher, daughter of Pete and Shelly, were on the St. Mary's High School softball team that went to state in 2007. Last spring, they were nominated to play on the Tourney Sport USA Hawaii Classic, a softball league playing from Dec. 28 to Jan. 5 of this year. .
